ORSY® is our racking system for optimal storage and delivery of materials. Our vending machines are available in a variety of models forautomated material delivery. All vending machines are closed systems with limited access with fully automatic reordering functionality. This is why our customers trust our solutions.

Using our vending machine models that can be combined, we take care of the delivery, storage, delivery to fully automatic reordering of operating materials. All processes are transparent and therefore fully traceable. The modular design provides flexibility and transparency. With the help of intelligent, automated material delivery, we reduce procurement and warehousing costs, increase the availability of goods and reduce the cost of consumables.

STORAGE WITH LIMITED ACCESS

The ORSY®mat system is a closed system that allows access only to authorized personnel.

MODULAR DESIGN

Modular design allows any configuration of the device depending on the individual needs of the customer and stored products.

MAXIMUM TRANSPARENCY OF THE PROCESS

The system sends individual reports and all collected data as an Excel file by email. It gives an overview of all transactions and order placement. It is also possible to assign a cost center.

EASY CONNECTION

The machines only need a power supply to fully automatically order all of the retrieved articles. Via the cellular network, communication takes place directly with Würth Polska ERP system. Integration with the existing network is not necessary.

AUTOMATIC REORDERING

Withdrawn items are automatically reordered. The orders are collected in our logistics department and delivered within the agreed cycle.

EASY INTEGRATION WITH SUPPLY

The machines can be easily integrated into the existing material supply. There is no need to change internal processes.

MAXIMUM TRANSPARENCY AND FULL CONTROL

The ORSY®mat systems are closely linked to the ERP system of Würth Industrie Service. All items data, such as itemnumber, designation, material image and your material number are precisely provided by the Würth system via the mobile network. Via the same route, the triggered orders are transmitted in real time to the ERP system of Würth Industrie Service. A connection to your ERP system is also possible.

In the order control of the ORSY®mat systems, an order item collector is stored to order the articles in an logistically optimized way via the mobile network – without any manual entry of your employees. A fully automatic and precise allocation of the withdrawal to your defined cost centers is also possible. The reporting file is sent by e-mail. In addition, we offer you an overview of the use and consumption of the articles on the online platform “Service Center” at any time.
