Fire protection for linear construction joints in rigid walls and ceilings. Minimum application thickness: 100 mm for walls and 150 mm for ceilings.
The application surface must be dry and free from dust and grease. Position the sealing cord. Insert and press in the cord in a horizontal and vertical direction. Insert and press in any additional layers so that there are no unfilled spaces.
For single-layer application, the ends of any two consecutive cords must overlap by at least 10 cm. For multilayer application, the ends of two consecutive cords do not need to overlap, but the joints should be staggered by 50 cm.
