One-component elastic sealant, acid cured. As a result of a reaction with atmospheric moisture, silicone forms a durable, flexible and non-shrinking joint, resistant to large variations in temperature and to UV radiation.

It contains agents preventing proliferation of mould, fungi and algae. Very good adhesion to many different substrates, e.g. glass, tiles, ceramics and many types of plastic. After hardening, it produces an elastic, unshrinkable coat which is highly resistant to ageing.

Meets the requirements of EN 15651-1:2012 for type F-EXT-INT-CC class 12,5E, and EN 15651-3:2012 — for type S class S1
Silicone must not be applied to lime substrates, marble, concrete and plaster as acetic acid is produced as a result; silicone must not be used for sealing joints of natural stone elements (marble, granite, chalky sandstone).
Application area
- Suitable for sealing of connections and expansion joints;
- Silicone can be used as putty for sealing window frames,
- Sealing of shop windows, signs, cable ducts;
- Protecting PU foams against UV radiation;
- Sealing of bathtubs, washbasins, shower cabins, kitchen sinks and other sewage and water line equipment;
- Filling the joints of ceramic materials;
- For fast repairs.
InstructionsThe surfaces to be joined must be clean, dry, free from grease and dust. Min. width of the joint to be filled should be 6 mm. Depth-to-width ratio should be 1:1 to 1:2. For greater depths (over 12 mm), hollow spaces should be filled, e.g. using polypropylene cord; min. a minimum sealant thickness of 6 mm should be placed above the filling.
