NoticeIn adhesive-bonded joints are exposed to intense sunlight, stress can be exerted on the material and the joint can be weakened (thermoplastic glue).
Meets the requirements of EN 204 for D3 class
Adhesive should be protected against low temperatures. Freezing results in loss of adhesive properties.
Application areaSuitable for bonding pieces of furniture, doors, steps, stair balustrades. Adhesive can be used for bonding solid wood pieces (including exotic wood) and wood-based material such as chipboard, MDF, plywood, and also for bonding HPL on wood-based panels.
InstructionsApply adhesive to the matched, dry, clean and degreased surfaces. The operating temperature of adhesive and piece to be bonded should be at least +10°C. Wood humidity must not exceed 12%.
The adhesive should be applied to one side using a brush or roller (when gluing hardwood, applying the adhesive to both surfaces is recommended). Join both surfaces and press together firmly using a hand press or clamp. Pressing time should be adapted to the wood type, moisture content, ambient temperature.
The adhesive open time depends on wood moisture content, humidity, air temperature and amount of adhesive applied.
