1. Clean substrate of oil, grease and any loose material.
2. On mineral and highly absorbent surfaces, we recommend using a butyl primer.
3. Pull the protective film off the butyl strip and place on the masonry such that the butyl strip is positioned behind the inner window pane; press on firmly using a press-on roller.
4. Fill foam into the joint with PURLOGIC Top or PURLOGIC Flex.
5. Pull the protective paper off the self-adhesive strip and stick to the window frame with an overhang of 10 mm to 15 mm; press on firmly using a press-on roller.
6. The sealing tape can be covered with a strip.
7. The butyl strip and the Flexband adhesive, Flexband adhesive Plus or EPDM sealing-tape adhesive must not come into contact with each other.
