HSCo high performance, nitrated die for the manufacture and repair of standard metric ISO threads according to DIN 13 with cordless drill screwdrivers or manually in the die holder in almost all materials, such as steel up to 1400 N/mm2 strength, stainless steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals (e.g. aluminium, aluminium alloys and magnesium alloys).

Flexible use with cordless drill screwdrivers and on the lathe


The factory-standard dies with an outside diameter of 25x9 mm enable time-saving, true-to-gauge cutting (M3–M10) and repair (M3–M12) of male threads in the three-jaw chuck in conjunction with the specially developed adapter.



Economic manual use


Instead of five tools, only one die holder is required for manually cutting male threads M3–M12.
